The digital voltmeter-ammeter features a working voltage range of DC 4 - 30V and a working current of ≤20mA. It can measure voltages within the range of DC 0 - 100V and currents up to 10A. The voltage resolution is 0.1V, while the current resolution is 0.01A. The measure accuracy is 1% (± 1 digit).

The display of the meter comprises 0.28" digital tubes with a dual-color (blue and red) LED. The refresh rate is approximately 300mS per reading. Dimensionally, the meter measures 48mm x 29mm x 21mm and can operate in a temperature range of -10°C to +65°C.
