MECHEER, a brand dedicated to creating an easy and efficient living experience for customers, offers a versatile voltage meter, kilowatt meter, amp meter, kwh meter, current meter, and electricity meter. This energy monitoring solution is an excellent choice for home appliance management.
The product features an easy-to-read design with 180° wide viewing angles, allowing you to clearly see the data from any angle. The blue backlight illuminates immediately upon connection to AC power and automatically turns off after the adjustable backlight time expires, though you can press any button to reactivate it. The backlight duration can be set to 10 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours, or always on.
Overload protection is a key feature, with the default overload power set at 1800W. When the power exceeds this limit, the LCD will flash "OVERLOAD" to warn the user, and all buttons will cease to function until the load is reduced or removed.
The data hold function automatically saves your consumption data when the plug is removed or in the event of a power failure, ensuring no data is missed and making it easy to read and record.
You can access 7 display modes to gain detailed insights into the power consumption of your home appliances. The power meter can monitor watts, kilowatt-hours, volts, amps, hertz, power factor, cost, minimum and maximum power, and cumulative days and time of usage.
The product comes with a US power meter plug and a user manual. It operates on 120V AC and 60Hz, with a wide voltage range of 110V-130V and a maximum operating current of 15A.
Please note the following warnings and notices: 1. Do not use in wet environments. 2. Do not connect the power meter to a multi-plug outlet, as the total power may exceed the 1800W threshold and cause a short circuit. 3. The consumption and time will not be measured or counted when the device is in standby or the rated power is less than 0.5 watts, though energy consumption is always measured since the device was plugged in. 4. The saved data includes electricity quantity, cost, electricity price, and cumulative time, but not current, voltage, power, or power factor. 5. If the power meter displays "0" after a power cycle, it may be because the testing time was less than 1 hour or the total kilowatt-hours were less than 0.1 kWh, and no data was saved. 6. The power of electrical appliances cannot exceed 1800W.
To reset the device, you can press the "FUNCTION" and "UP" buttons simultaneously for over 3 seconds to clear the cumulative data, or use the reset button with a reset tool (not a needle) to reset all settings.
The backlight time can be adjusted by pressing and holding the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons, then selecting the desired duration and saving the settings by pressing the "COST" button.
